Mickie Dell is a Principal at Capgemini who specializes in the design and delivery of Global ERP solutions for Manufacturing, High Tech and Consumer Products companies. She has significant expertise gained from multiple business transformation initiatives delivering significant process improvement in the areas for Supply Chain and Manufacturing. A proven business leader who then began her consulting career after seventeen years of working in High Tech manufacturing, Mickie has a unique perspective of development of teams and managing the technical skills within a team. Mickie leads the Solution Architect Capability for North American SAP Service Line. Focused on employee and team development, she strives to empower individual personal growth while driving team and solution effectiveness. As a leader, Mickie is an active mentor in the development of junior resources within and outside of Capgemini. Mickie has also mentored different groups of women at the University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Colorado State University.
