Melanie Miller was elected Vice President in May 2012, having previously served as Group Executive, Supply Chain Operations since August 2011. Prior to joining Newmont, Mrs. Miller was an executive in Accenture’s Supply Chain Strategy practice, where she led global supply chain transformation efforts both domestically and internationally for national and multi-national natural resource clients. Mrs. Miller received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Miami University of Ohio.
