Sheryl is a global leader who brings together diverse groups of people to jointly create innovative solutions that achieve new levels of success for a company. She thrives on, tackling challenges of difficult, complicated problems. Moving easily between strategic planning and execution, she energizes and inspire others with a vision of what is possible.
Sheryl is a VP at Capgemini who oversees alliance strategy; go to market activities and co-innovation with EMCII, VMware, Pivotal and VCE. Prior to joining Capgemini, she worked at EMC for 14 years most recently as Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at EMC in the Global Office of the CTO. Prior to working at EMC, Sheryl was CEO and President of LSE, Ltd, a business/technology consulting organization that provided IBM midrange solutions to customers. She began her career in finance rising through the ranks of auditor with Deloitte, internal auditor with Norton Simon and Controller & CFO with Johnson Carlier.
Sheryl sits on the Board for the Association for Corporate Growth Silicon Valley, and the California Diversity Council. Sheryl has served as an international innovation judge for Hult Prize and MassChallenge. Her leadership has been recognized as a winner throughout her career, with accomplishments like Tribute to Women Award and California Diversity & Leadership Award.
