Beth A. Lackey is the senior vice president of service delivery for North America and Asia at Level 3 Communications, responsible for provisioning services, order and service management, as well as the Customer Care Center.
Ms. Lackey has an extensive telecommunications background spanning more than 30 years. Previous to her position at Level 3, Ms. Lackey was the senior vice president for customer center operations at tw telecom where she helped establish the overall customer experience strategy. Prior to that, she held various roles at Covad Communications, including senior vice president of customer operations centers and vice president of network and field operations. She started her career at US West. Her experience includes sales, customer service, network, field and center operations both domestically and abroad. Ms. Lackey also serves on the Board of Directors for Sungate Kids, a nonprofit organization that serves children that have either witnessed or been a victim of a violent or sexual crime.
