Helen Parker has worked in high tech for over 25 years, starting at IBM on the business side prior to going to law school and then as an attorney for the past 19 years. She has worked at large law firms such as Cooley, but has spent the majority of her legal career as in house counsel at technology companies such as IBM, Sun Microsystems and Flextronics. She is currently VP and General Counsel at Wayin, a Denver tech start-up in the social media marketing space. She was recently named as a finalist in the Denver Business Journal’s C-Suite Awards in the Chief Legal Counsel category.
