Marion was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and grew up there during the Apartheid years, and experienced the transition of that society in the decades that followed. She worked in the travel and tourism industry for many years, and has been fortunate to travel to over 30 countries across the globe, as well as living in France and England before joining millions of others as an immigrant to the United States.
This has given her an enormous passion for experiencing different ways of life, and she has become a student of culture, and of people, and finds it enormously rewarding to bring this dimension to her daily life and work, working with companies who are going through change; focusing on the ‘people’ aspect.
Marion is an Expert Practitioner with North Highland Worldwide Consulting, and works out of their office here in Denver. She has over 15 years of global experience in the Professional Services Industry. Specific areas of expertise include Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, Project Management, Process Design and Improvement with a particular emphasis on HR and on Inclusion and Diversity.
Marion serves on North Highland’s Inclusion and Diversity Board.
