Chris Allyn is currently the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Quiznos. Chris has over a decade of in house legal experience, supporting the executive management team, integrated operations, human resources and education, sales and marketing, vendors and channels distribution, product compliance, sustainability, and the development functions within the organization. Chris also leads the Company’s ethics and regulatory compliance program.
Prior to going in-house with IBM, Chris practiced securities and corporate law with the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney in Denver, Colorado. She is currently a member of the ACC Colorado Board of Directors and the co-chair for the ACC Colorado Employment Law Practice Committee.
Chris is a Colorado native and earned her B.S.B.A Summa Cum Laude from the University of Denver and her J.D. with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
