As the regional vice president of the Western Mountain Region, Denise is responsible for the company operated store portfolio in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico. Denise began her career in 1997 as a barista in the Chicago Market. Having prior management and training experiences Denise moved quickly into a shift supervisor role and then became a store manager in the spring of 1998 in Highland Park, IL. After a year in the Chicago Market Denise moved to Indianapolis, IN to open the first store in that market. In 2000 Denise was promoted to district manager. As a DM for almost six years Denise had the opportunity to support several markets throughout the middle part of the country including Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Oklahoma. Denise later became a field implementation manager, then promoted to regional director of operations. After four years as a regional director, Denise moved to Seattle and became the director of business operations for US Licensed Stores. In that role, Denise had the opportunity to work cross functionally in order to make the experience more seamless for our customers across the brand and begin the work of integration and transitioning the DBO role into the director of licensed stores strategy and execution. In February of 2012, Denise was promoted to regional vice president, Western Mountain Region and moved to Denver, Colorado. Denise has a history of developing leaders and driving results.

Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University where she majored in human resources and marketing. Denise is currently on the board for the Starlight Children’s Foundation of Colorado.

Denise lives in Highlands Ranch, CO with her husband Rich and their pit-bull mix, Diamond. Denise has two stepsons, Brandon and Justin. The youngest of which is on a wrestling scholarship at Purdue. In her free time Denise enjoys travel, running, yoga, attending Brandon’s wrestling matches, and exploring Colorado.
