Kathleen currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture at Trust Company of America, a Denver based software provider and asset custodian partner for Registered Investment Advisors. She is focused on building a competitive people and culture strategy that creates empowered teams, builds and retains top talent and positions the firm for future growth.

Previously, Kathleen served as Sr Manager of Business HR at Baxa Corporation. In this role, she integrated Baxa’s core principles to launch a new performance management system and led the company change management strategy following an acquisition by Baxter Healthcare. Kathleen has also held HR positions at EchoStar/DISH Network, The Home Depot, and High Speed Access Corp.

Kathleen is a graduate of Marymount University with a liberal arts degree concentrating on psychology and human development. Her certifications include the Six Sigma Greenbelt, Risk Management, SPHR, and Kenexa 360 Coaching.
