Kate Savage is a Vice President and experienced professional with over 15 years of senior-leadership experience delivering multiple human services programs across a broad geography and set of industries and markets. Currently serves as the People Supply Chain Leader for the North America practice within one of the world¹s leading consulting companies, reporting to the North America CEO. Kate has senior leadership and accountability for operational excellence and profitability results across all areas of the People Supply Chain, from Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and Profitability, and Capacity Management. She adds to this her strong and diverse background designing and implementing organizational-wide programs to fuel sales and revenue growth on top strategic accounts in roles at the top executive level of Capgemini¹s North American practice. Kate is a proven strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse work teams, developing an organization-wide strategy for program excellence, engaging external and internal clients and vendors, and partnering with the CEO and board of directors. In roles at Capgemini and Ernst and Young, Kate has demonstrated strong leadership motivating her teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals through transformational programs and operational initiatives. Kate holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Speech Communication from Colorado State University. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
